2. The service
The Linkbuilding Hub is a tool with a catalogue of link building platforms, step-by-step guides, an overview of your progress, an encrypted login vault and AI drafts for directory texts. You submit to the platforms yourself. We submit nothing on your behalf.
The platforms are owned by third parties. They may change requirements, reject submissions, remove links or close. We check the guides regularly, but we do not guarantee that a platform approves you, that a link is published or stays, or that it affects your ranking in search engines.
3. Plans and prices
Free: 20 platforms with guides, one website and one AI draft per account. No payment card.
Pro: the whole catalogue, three websites and AI drafts. €79 per month excl. VAT. Extra websites cost €7 per website per month excl. VAT.
VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing details. Businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number are invoiced without Danish VAT (reverse charge).
4. Payment and renewal
Payment is made by card via Stripe, in advance for each month. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. You receive a receipt by email for each payment.
If you add extra websites in the middle of a period, you pay proportionally for the rest of the period.
If a payment is declined, Stripe tries again for a period. You keep Pro while the payment is retried and are told to update your card. If the payment does not go through, the account moves to Free. Your data is not deleted.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel Pro at any time under "Manage subscription" on your profile. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you have Pro until then. There is no lock-in. We do not refund periods that have started, except under section 6.
After cancelling, you keep your account on Free. Your websites, your progress and your saved links are kept and you can see them, but you can only edit one website.
6. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you buy Pro. You withdraw by writing to hello@thelinkbuildinghub.com before the deadline, for example: "I withdraw from my purchase of Pro."
As you ask for access straight away, we refund an amount corresponding to the part of the period that remains when you withdraw. The refund is made to the card you paid with, no later than 14 days after we have received your message.
The right of withdrawal does not apply when you buy as a business.
7. Use of the service
The account is personal. You may not share access, copy, resell or publish the catalogue or the guides, collect them automatically (scraping) or use the service for spam or illegal content. If you break this, we may close the account without a refund.
You are responsible for what you submit to the platforms and for following their terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available at all times but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost revenue or rankings, or for third-party platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last three months. The limitation does not apply if we have acted with gross negligence or intent, and it does not limit your rights under mandatory consumer law.

10. Changes
If we change prices or terms, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
11. Complaints and governing law
Contact us first at hello@thelinkbuildinghub.com. If you are a consumer and we do not agree, you can complain to the Danish Board of Appeal (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, www.naevneneshus.dk.
Danish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
