What you save and how it is used

Saved platform logins

New writes of usernames, passwords and login notes are encrypted on the server with AES-256-GCM before database storage. The encryption key is held in the server configuration.

When you open saved logins, Hub checks your authenticated session and ownership of the records. The server decrypts the information to display it in your browser over HTTPS.

Using the login vault is optional. It is intended for the platform accounts you work with in Hub. You can also use your own password manager.

AI drafts

A drafting request uses your website description, audience, text from the website and the directory requirements. This material is sent to Anthropic to generate the text. Saved platform passwords are not included.

The draft is saved to your account. You review, edit and submit it yourself. Hub does not submit forms on your behalf.

Tasks and saved links

A completed task records an action in Hub. A saved link URL is an address you supplied. Hub does not automatically verify that a backlink exists, is indexed or transfers SEO value.

Billing and cancellation

Stripe handles payment forms and card details. Pro costs €79/month excl. VAT. Tax is calculated at checkout from your billing details.

Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel from your profile; Pro access continues until the paid period ends. Cancellation does not automatically delete your saved website information.

Deletion and contact

You can delete a website and its associated progress, drafts and platform logins from Hub. This removes active product data. Any operational backups and billing records are handled separately.
